| Special Orders: Special orders are those orders that require the creation of a completely new pattern, or one that requires more than 15 percent change of an existing pattern. There is a $40.00 pattern fee, in addition to the cost of the completed piece for this type of order. Special orders require 4-6 weeks for delivery. All special orders require a 50% deposit when the order is made, with the remaining amount to be paid on delivery. | Customized Orders: Customized orders are those orders that require less than 15 percent change to an existing order, or simply involve glass color changes to a pattern already being produced. There is a $8.00 fee for pattern changes. The final price on glass changes is determined by the cost of the glass that is selected. Etched personalizations (Name, Rank, Dates, etc.) to existing patterns are also considered to be a customized order. The fee for personalizations is $0.25 per letter. Customized Orders require 3-4 weeks for delivery. All customized orders require a 50% deposit when the order is made, with the remaining amount to be paid on delivery. | Shipped Orders: I really prefer not to ship. However, if you choose me to do so, there is a $10.00 transportation fee in addition to whatever charge incurred for packaging and shipping by our FedEx mail center. I will call and get a price quote before confirming your total cost. All glass will be insured. Shipping is at your own risk. |
